Cripes, do I need to go into detail. Trust me, just now I'm the wrong side of 14 stone, and I want to get back to being trim and healthier. Hard work, but the first few pounds often fall off... it's keeping them off that I find difficult.
Well, I've weighed myself, and sure enough 2lbs has mysteriously dropped off. Bonus.

Think I may have hit the wall here... total loss of 5lbs, which is over halfway there. I'm actually quite happy with that, especially as they reccommend you don't lose more than 2lb a fortnight... so 5lb in little over 4 weeks is pretty much bang on.
