Desktop Defender

This awesome little Facebook game is mighty challenging, especially when you start out with very little in the way of available defences... however, I'm hoping I will be able to boost up sufficiently to finally survive an "Extreme" Weekly Challenge. I've come close, surviving to the last couple of waves, hence the 80% progress... just that last little bit to do.

I would say I'm now 95% complete on this one, and if you need an explanation as to why, take a look at this video... I really thought I was going to do it, I was so damn close. If only I'd reacted quick enough to expand the maze very quickly at the last couple of levels, the Point Defence special might have clinched it for me.

And that's that one done! I thought I'd need to tool up, but no, the simple discovery that double-clicking a tower activates its special was enough! Video of the final few levels is below, shame it moves so quick, just don't feel like you have time to build and upgrade even more towers despite the abumdance of funds.
